With over 20 years of experience in higher education, I serve as an executive coach and organizational strategist. I partner with leaders and teams to advance equity, inclusion, and belonging through people-centered strategy, reflective practice, and change informed by institutional and societal contexts. Grounded in whole-person and somatic approaches, my work supports individuals in clarifying what they care about most and aligning their leadership, relationships, and organizational cultures with those values.

When I experienced my Reiki level I and II attunement, it felt like coming home.  Though I felt it as a young child, it took me decades to listen to my inner wisdom. Now, I listen to the universe and am a conduit for divine life-force energy.

Through partnering with others in my own self-discovery and healing journey, kasama was born to pay it forward.
